Trevor represents clients across diverse industries, primarily to resolve disputes in both traditional court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums. Trevor’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, including business disputes, partnership and membership disputes, breaches of contract, business torts, real estate, construction, legal malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and cannabis law. Trevor works with clients to improve their issues efficiently and effectively. First and foremost, he aims to resolve disputes congruently with each client’s unique goals.
