Retired

Tom Dietrich retired with the firm in June of 2024. While with MPBG, Tom was a tax attorney and focused his practice on both corporate/transactional matters (M&A) and complex estate planning. His areas of concentration included business structuring, succession and exit plans, as well as strategic tax planning.
